The Pacific Huron went aground on Dec 27th around 10pm just west of Rock Island in the Saint Lawrence River. According to info I saw posted by Michael Folsom, a local shipwatcher, there has been no report of pollution or injuries. The ship is full of soybeans. I do not believe plans as to what to do have been finalized at this time.
