There's been a lot of concern and talk lately about this whole calling into Canada and then calling back into the US issue while boating on the river.. even if your only in Canadian water for 2 minutes.. Many feel it's too much, many feel it's confusing, many feel it will have an impact on tourism.. Most concerning is that just about every official person you ask about seems to have a different answer. Even though the new rules say you need to call in the people you call into are asking people.. hey, why are you calling in?
