Unfortunately.. Frank Katuc has passed away.. he had a massive stroke on Christmas Eve, was taken to the hospital, and left us on Christmas Night..

Frank was a super nice guy and a big supporter of everything I do on abaynews.com... I met Frank and his wife Jackie back in 2000 or so during our annual Saint Patrick's Day parade.

Really, this news absolutely stinks.. especially after an ice storm and then on christmas..
