UPDATE 11-19-2013.. My sources tell me that no military absentees showed up and Jerry Durand is the new Town of Alexandria Highway Superintendent..





Folks, I have it on good authority that the Town of Alexandria Highway Superindendent Race isn't over yet..

Back on Election Night (11/05/2013) these were the unofficial numbers..

However, in an exciting turn of events Durand has responded with a series of uppercuts in the form of Absentee Ballots and we now we have following unofficial numbers..

My source tells me there are still 5 military absentee ballots to be accounted for that must show up to election officials by Mon (11/18/2013)

So, at this point in time either one of these great contenders could be the new Highway Superintendent of The World :)
