ALEXANDRIA BAY, N.Y. Tammy L. Parker, 41, of 11 Market St., was pronounced dead at the emergency room in the Upstate Medical University Syracuse of an apparent heart attack. She was flown by helicopter after being in the emergency room at River Hospital. All comments on this news item have been terminated as people are taking the arguing way to far. Let's move on.
