Introduce yourself before the dip !! Make a quick video and stick it on youtube.. do something fun or crazy.. tell us who you are and why you're dipping.. maybe tease us by only revealing a little about yourself..  perhaps make it like an old school wrestling promo intoducing the next crazy character in the ring.. show us you're a true cold weather badass and pre-jump.. whatever.. The more entertaining the better. Just about anything goes.. but don't get killed doing it.. :)

The Polar Bear Dip (PBD) is the signature fundraiser of Friends of River Hospital, which raises annually, on average, $55,000 to support River Hospital. This high profile event brings people to Alexandria Bay from as far away as Colorado, and raises more money with each succeeding year.
