I just recieved information regarding this..

"attached is a photo of a Fallen Soldier Memorial located in the hamlet of Omar since 2008. it was discovered missing on Jan 2nd and was last seen Dec 31st. Missing are a kevlar military helmet, 2 holes were drilled in the top to mount it to the gun. The gun was just a plastic stock Crossman M-16 bb gun. The barrel was rusted and theres 2 holes in the butt of the stock. The black dog tag simply read, The Fallen Soldier. Any info about these items may be emailed to oneless@hughes.net and will be kept confidential. We are taking donations to rebuild the memorial, a helmet, a fake m-16, some boots."
