"Labatt Blue beer today announced that the fifth annual Labatt Blue Buffalo Pond Hockey Tournament will shift to a street hockey tournament. A much milder Buffalo winter has made it impossible to guarantee pond hockey play, yet tournament organizers remained committed to providing an authentic outdoor hockey experience"

This kinda makes ya wonder what is going to happen to the Alexandria Bay Labatt Blue Tournament that is scheduld for Feb 10th-12th 2012. After all our ice situation hasn't been very good either.
