And in case you're not familiar with the lingo.. SPL stands for Sound Pressure Level folks... this event is basically going to be a bunch of people with crazy ass car audio setups competing for various bragging rights.. now, I'm pretty sure you can't just show up and get in the competition (it's invite only) but anyone can go watch and check out the crazy audio setups.. There are some real characters going.. click here to watch a video of one contestant who is bringing a mini van from hell.. and before you laugh too hard just know this guy has over 16,000 subscribers on youtube.. so obviously some people dig what he is doing.. I watched a bunch of his videos and the dude is pretty funny..
