This morning I woke up to 3 different emails complaining about a house in Plessis that is flying the American Flag upside down. The people emailing me feel this person is doing this purely with ill intent towards the neighborhood. They also tell me this person is some sort of scrap metal collector/re-seller who wanders around town at night, lives in the former post office building, and is making main street in Plessis look like a junk pile.

Anyway, I'm just showing you folks the picture and telling you what I was told.
