"ALEXANDRIA BAY, N.Y. — While It’s been almost a year since former General Brown Central School’s Steven W. Fisher announced his retirement after five decades of coaching football, he doesn’t plan keeping retired for too long. The Alexandria Central School District Board of Education Tuesday unanimously appointed Fisher as its varsity football coach for the 2011-2012 season three months after Wayne B. Farrell resigned from the post during a board meeting."
