I just heard from the Boldt Castle people that the castle made the cover of the 2011 NY State Tourism Map this year..  NICE!

"The Boldt Castle and Boldt Yacht House attractions are featured on the cover of the 2011 New York State Tourism map. The state printed 500,000 copies of this year's map for distribution at its Gateway Centers located in Beekmantown and Binghamton, as well as the 1000 Islands Welcome Center at Collins Landing, Alexandria Bay. Tourism maps are additionally distributed at all NYS Thruway Travel Plazas, travel and tourism shows and throughout the state's eleven tourism regions. The Thousand Islands Bridge Authority, owners of Boldt Castle and the Boldt Yacht House, is pleased to have the 1000 Islands region's premiere historic attractions highlighted on this year's tourism map and recognize the value of this selection.
