Ice Breaker / Helicopter Return Trip (Video)

Yesterday, we had pictures of the Ice Breaker going up river.

Today, we have pictures and video of the Ice Breaker going down river. This time however, we also got to see a U.S. Coast Guard Helicopter in action as well. One of my Coast Guard contacts tells me it is a HH-65 "dolphin" out of airstation Detroit.

The ship and helicopter were seen at 2:30 pm today.. The copter made a run down river, then back up river, and then the Ice Breaker came through..

VERY COOL !!  and big thanks to the ShipWatcher for the tip so we could go get the shots..
