During tonight's VB meeting the Mayor implements new guidelines for public comment. He then selectively enforces his new guidelines.. that is until a certain person that he didn't want to speak "Kay Doheny" attempted to do so.

In the end the Mayor gets his.. and man is it worth listening to..
