When I curiously pressed the Deactivate link on facebook today I was presented with a page showing me all the people that would miss me if I went through with it.

It damn near brought me to tears..

all those faces looking at me.. saying "please don't leave us!".. "what will we do without you!"... "we'll be lost!".. "who will take care of us!"

Well, in the end the faces won and I'm still on Facebook.. kinda scary what they'll do to keep you from deactivating your account.. isn't it. :)
