This video of Empire Boat Tours was recently uploaded to YouTube..

While the video uploader seems convinced this is from the 1970's I'm reasonably sure this footage is really from the early 1990's.. possibly late 1980's. The Empire Boat Tours from 1970 couldn't of had that triple decker... or am I wrong?
