Sidewalks claim yet another victim !!

Someone I know sent this in to the site today..

Yesterday, he and some other good samaritans helped a man from Pulaski and get back into his van after the wonderful sidewalks of Alexandria Bay twisted up the wheel on his wheel chair.. 2nd year in a row it has happened. Apparently it was quite an ordeal to get the man back in the van.

I'm told that things like this are happening downtown every day..
