A powerful man, tough as nails, could crush a pair of pliers with his bare hands, didn't take any crap from anyone.. a constant prankster.. he was one of the last old river rats and if his health permitted would have been outside fishing, hunting, or enjoying the outdoors any time the opportunity presented itself.

Joe was the reason I named this site "Johnny Truesdell's abaynews.com" and took on the AKA of Johnny Truesdell... Joe got a big kick out of that.

Joe was a great husband, a great father, and to me, a great Grandfather..

I'll miss ya buddy..
