A Local blogger who runs a site known as Abay Circus is running for mayor..

His name is Jim Cummings and there is a very good chance that he could be the next mayor of Alexandria Bay.

Goals:

Introduce long and short term planning for our Village Infrastructure.

Motivate our Village Government and Municipal Departments to be more accountable and transparent.

Permit our Tourism Industry to flourish.

Work for our village residents to improve our community.

To make all this happen:

"I would appreciate it if as many registered Democrats that live within the Village Of Alexandria Bay could participate in our Caucus. Please help support me as I take the first steps to becoming your next mayor. The caucus is this Thursday at 7:00 PM at the Village Community Rooms 110 Walton Street."
