I was one of 83 people who attended an event at Fort Drum yesterday (Tues May 5th) designed to give you some idea of what it is like to be a soldier at Fort Drum.

Attendees ate MRE's (Meals Ready to Eat), learned about IED's (Improvised Explosive Devices), shot weapons in high tech computerized simulations, and more..

Rather than give you folks a short 2 minute overview I have decided to show you most of what I videotaped. The video will be presented in parts and each part will be over 10 minutes long. I will put the parts online as fast as I can. It's takes a long time to edit, render, and upload the video because I do everything in HD now.

How many parts will there be to the video ? I don't know at this point..
