"
Trailer park owners along Carnegie Bay Road are objecting to the proposed $1,363,107 water extension project. The proposed municipal water line extension along Carnegie Bay Road would serve 63.5 equivalent dwelling units and the two trailer parks in the proposed water district. The two parks — Pines Trail Park and Arrowhead Campsite — have a total of 25.5 units, almost half of the equivalent dwelling units in the area to be served. If the park owners decide not to receive municipal water service, the average cost of debt service for the remaining 38 users could increase significantly."
