I noticed a ship on the webcam at 3 pm. This prompted me to check the ship locater and from what I could tell this ship was most likely the CANADIAN NAVIGATOR.

After that I became curious and searched for info to see if the seaway traffic hault was over or not.

I found confirmation..

"THE St. Lawrence Seaway Management Corporation (SLSMC) says that the Saint-Louis de Gonzague Bridge, west of Montreal, has been raised to permit the resumption of vessels transits below its lift span. A series of cables that were damaged on last Friday."
