Biggest Fish Caught in the St Law in 50 Years ?

Eddy Beers caught this 59-inch muskie on Nov. 30th 2010 near Wolfe Island while on Bob Walter's charter boat. The fish unofficially weighed in at 56 pounds.

Thanks go out to Dave Burger for sending in the picture.. Dave had this to say about the fish..

"here is another picture of the 59" musky .this is bob walters holding the fish.as far as I know....this is the LARGEST fish  caught in the river in 50 years.there very well might have been larger ones but I didn't know about them."

And keep this in mind.. Dave owned the 1000 Islands Bait Store for many many years. If anyone would know about large fish being caught over the past 50 years it is Dave..
